Physical Exercise is not only healthy for your body is also healthy for your brain, it helps your brain process well.  Especially if you exercise 20 minutes a day, it facilitates information and memory function.

One of the benefits of exercise is doing sports, it helps you lose weight and get you more fit. Like sometimes when we do sports we don’t know that were so skinny and fit now. The most important of doing sports is to drink water and eat the right food.

Second of the benefits of exercise is your muscles in your body when we exercise our muscles process and make it more stronger but if we don’t exercise and just sit in the couch eating junk food our muscles will stay weak and not process well. So it's really important to be fit at all times.

Lastly, of the benefits of exercise is regular exercise it's good for our confidence and mental-concentration. Most important is that it relieves our stress. If you don’t want to exercise i recommend you to eat muesli bar,cereals,fruits. Anything that is appropriate for your body. But make sure to move your body in certain times.

My Conclusion is about staying fit and make your body healthy. But if you don’t want to exercise just eat the food that is healthy for you. Don’t eat junk food because it’s bad for you and your muscles will not be strong enough.
